Summary

This Technical Brochure explores the current situation and potential developments in real-time team training process and available resources, in particular, operation training simulators (OTS). The focus of the study is on changes in technologies and demand behaviours in the context of Energy Transition and the new challenges they have been bringing to the operation of electrical systems. It highlights nine distinct items to develop this detailed analysis of the current situation, new potential, new needs, and projects already under development in the simulators that currently exist in different countries on different continents.
