To Order you must have selected the publications on Search or on Latest Publications.
When you have completed the selection:
- Check your selection, delete a publication or order more copies
- Effect your order: follow the steps and fill in the boxes as directed. The Order Form will be sent automatically to CIGRE, with a copy e-mailed back
- CIGRE will issue an electronic invoice
- Delivery of the publications after you have paid

At this stage you can still give your CIGRE number and get the reduced price: Go to "Identification" and back to "Order" after your membership has been acknowledged.

Note: the CIGRE Central Office is not liable to French VAT as from 01/01/2010; hence our fees are VAT free for all countries as from this date.

As from 1^st January 2010 CIGRE is no longer liable to VAT; hence a 0% VAT rate applies for CIGRE services, i.e. Session registrations, publications purchased, membership fees: all tariffs are VAT free, for all countries.

It is recalled that according to European Union regulations the VAT reference number (when there is one) must be supplied as it is mandatory for it to appear on all invoices.


How to Order? When your selection is complete, click on Order and proceed as directed: Step 1 -specify number of copies; delete, -Prices exclude taxes and Special delivery. Pay attention to the price (member or not). You can still give your CIGRE number as from "identificaton". Step 2 -Special courier: Standard delivery is by airmail. Special courier is charged 15% + taxes. -Your reference: up to you, usually "my order+ date" -VAT number: for delivery in European Union only. -Telephone is required (international) -E-mail is necessary as copy of the order and the invoice will be e-mailed Step 3 -The Order Form is automatically sent to CIGRE publications@cigre.org; It is displayed on the screen. -Copy of the order is sent at your Email address
