How to search a publication?
The search always requires using a search engine: when you start typing in a box, a drop-down list suggests possible choices. Click on the right proposal and then click on the box "Search" to launch the search.
How to use the 3 mechanisms:
1) REFERENCE:
-Technical Brochure: 3 figures, 128, 021, 006, etc.
-ELECTRA paper: ELT_NUM_R, where NUM is the number of the ELECTRA issue and R is the rank of the paper
-Session paper: SC-NUM_YEAR, where SC is the SC (22 or A3...) or exceptionally a combination like 22/12; NUM is 2 or 3 figures number
-Symposium paper: SYMP_XXX_YEAR, where XXX is the first 3 letters of the venue (BEI for BEIJING, NEW for NEW ORLEANS). Letters P and D may be added to XXX when Symposia Papers and Discussions available (SYMP_MONP_1991 and SYMP_MOND_1991)
-Other items: references have no set rules.
2) Author: Start typing the name in the box.
3) Third engine:
-One word or group of words in the Title or/and in Abstracts: type in the box
-SC: it uses a 2 figure or 2 letter code ; for a joint publication the SC codes are separated with "/ " .
-WG, TF: you must type WG, TF followed by a space and the number like "WG 22.06".
-Year: in, before, after
-A combination "AND" of these items
Important to know
If you know only part of a number, or you are looking for a word which can be singular or plural, type the name, or part of the number, between 2 signs %. With %21% in the WG box, the engine proposes WGs and TFs whose code contains "21"
