Summary
The Technical Brochure (TB) Review of Transmission Planning Access Requirements elaborated by the WG C1.14 presents and analyzes different aspects within to access and connection procedures, based in contributions from 8 systems in 3 continents (Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, Republic of Ireland, Great Britain, Brazil and Australia), which are reproduced in detail in the TB. Besides, existing mechanisms or potentially needed for the adequate coordination between 'electric' procedures (access and connection, and grid planning) and between these and the administrative autorisation processes (for generation plants and the associated transmission grid) are reported and discussed.
