Summary

Modern realities challenge traditional methods equipment operation at manufacturing enterprises. Cost reduction pressures drive the search for new approaches to business management. One such approach is digitalization the asset management system (hereafter PAMS). One of the main advantages of digitalizing asset management systems is the optimization of maintenance planning. Instead of traditional calendar-based scheduling, predictive maintenance based on equipment condition data is used. This ensures that repairs have performed only when necessary, reducing costs and extending equipment service life.

Through well-designed accounting and planning systems, companies avoid unnecessary expenses on spare parts and labour, and save time on idle equipment. Currently, the largest energy company has implemented an automated system of technical survey facilities (hereafter

– AS TS), primarily aimed at standardizing and automating processes related to planning, preparation, execution, and analysis of maintenance activities for production assets. The purpose of this study is to analyse modern technical inspection methods in the energy sector using digital technologies, examine specific examples of their implementation, and assess the impact of these technologies on the efficiency and energy systems safety.
