The training sector is directly impacted and has had to adapt to these challenges, dealing with requirements related to human resources (the need to train more people, more quickly), and the need to adapt our organization and content (RTE’s internal reorganization, the company’s carbon footprint, and travel optimization).
This article first focuses on the specificities of RTE and its training model, which is based on an integrated approach. We then presents a few examples of the main challenges specifically in the field of the protection, control, telecommunication and telecontrol.
