Over the course of a year of program implementation, a significant reduction in errors during the RPA operation was noted (by 75% in the preparation of switching forms and by 90% in the initial analysis of emergency situations), as well as a reduction in the number of calls to RPA personnel during decision-making.
Following the training, a participant survey confirmed the program's high rating. Trainees noted the practical focus of the materials and the effectiveness of the combination of theory and practice.
