Read more Read less(RPA) service personnel, as well as the development of new automation systems and data exchange systems, require continuous improvement of professional competencies. Therefore, each employee undergoes professional development courses at specialized training centers at least once every three years.
To enhance the qualifications of personnel from the relay protection and automation services of the dispatching centers of JSC «SO UPS» [1], involved in preparing and issuing tasks for configuring relay protection and automation devices, reviewing design and working documentation for creating (modernizing) relay protection and automation complexes and devices, preparing dispatching documentation, conducting technical accounting and analysis of relay protection and automation functioning, and a number of other tasks, appropriate training centers have been established in JSC «SO UPS».
