Summary

The paper presents a hybrid Digital Twin (DT) approach for Overhead Transmission Line

(OHL) asset management, combining sensor-based monitoring, AI-driven predictive maintenance, and a virtual digital replica for operational optimization. The framework ensures continuous condition tracking, predictive diagnostics, and actionable maintenance scheduling. The system integrates real-time IoT data, machine learning algorithms, and 3D modelling for virtual synchronization. A demonstration dashboard built on Streamlit validates the approach through interactive visualizations and fault prediction simulations.
