Technical Brochures are the reports that come out of 250+ Working Groups of selected international experts.

They are appointed by CIGRE’s 16 Study Committees to address key issues that the international power industry is facing. This spans the entire spectrum of the power system. 

Globally diverse perspectives are integrated from widely varying geography, industry segments, and cultures. This is subject to a rigorous peer review process, with everything strictly technically impartial and commercially neutral.

 

Each one offers over 100 pages of in-depth practical information for real world application. It reflects the state of the art, with best practices presented or recommendations made for standardisation.

These are sought after as the preeminent technical reference publications for professionals around the world. Over 900 have been published, with around 40 new ones emerging each year.
